Ian Ralph

Director

Ian started his career in 1984 and has a huge amount of experience selling a wide variety of property throughout South West London, Middlesex and Surrey. He is MARLA & NAEA qualified and passed the DEA exam in 2007. Currently studying to join NAVA, Ian is keen to continue learning and training, helping to maintain the highest possible standards. He is a firm believer that all agents should be professionally qualified.

Peter Perrin

Director

Peter has been with the company since 1990 and enjoys all aspects of the residential property market. He works closely with clients where there have been development opportunities and liaises with well-known house builders and developers, in order to maximise prices achieved. Peter has also enjoyed selling numerous new development sites over the years.

Michael Roberts

Lettings Manager

Michael has been with R & W since 2010. Starting as a sales negotiator he quickly mastered the role and most of the aspects of the business. Mike has now moved on to our busy lettings department to further his career and has now passed his lettings exams and gained NFOPP Level 2 award in Introduction to Residential Property Management Practice (England & Wales).

Sammy Voller

Senior Sales Negotiator

Sammy has worked at Rawlinson & Webber for several years, running the lettings department alongside Michael. Sammy has now passed her lettings exams and gained NFOPP Level 2 award in Introduction to Residential Property Management Practice (England & Wales). Sammy is very enthusiastic about her work and is currently learning all aspects of the business by transferring to our sales department.

Katie Farrell

Lettings Negotiator

Katie joined Rawlinson & Webber in March 2016 in a secretarial/administration role with the sales department, where she gained a great deal of experience. She has now transferred to the Lettings Department as an assistant to the Lettings Manager and with the experience she has gained in sales, we are confident that Katie will be a valuable asset to the lettings department.

Secretary

Sue has worked at Rawlinson & Webber for many years, mainly in an admin role, but is a valued support on the sales side, carrying out viewings and liaising with applicants on a regular basis.

Secretarial Support

Marianne has been with the company since 1976, being involved in all aspects of the business. After 40 years of working with us, she retired in May 2016, but is continuing to assist us on a secretarial/consultancy basis.

Weekend Assistant

Margaret is our weekend Sales Assistant, who has been with Rawlinson & Webber for many years and is familiar with our local property market. She is a valuable member of our team.
