Tenants fees


Reference & administration fee – £450 inc vat for the first two applicants & £75 for each additional applicant, or permitted occupier

Renewal fee – where a new tenancy agreement is issued a renewal fee of £75 inc VAT will apply.


Inventory & check-in/check-out fee – The landlord will pay for the inventory and check-out. The tenant is responsible for the check-in fee.  This is variable, depending on the size of the property; please ask for further details.


Rent – payable monthly in advance.


Deposit = 1½ times the monthly rental, payable in advance at the start of the tenancy and will be passed to our government approved deposit scheme, or the landlord under current legislation on deposits.


Insurance – Rawlinson & Webber recommend you insure the contents to cover personal possessions and also to include accidental damage cover for landlord’s possessions.


Our personal service is supported by our all the major property portals and we have a large double fronted office in the center of East Molesey village.
