Ian has worked for both corporate and independent agents since starting his career in 1985, mostly working in South West London and Surrey. He has lived and worked in Molesey for many years’ and outside of the office enjoys the occasional round of golf.

Peter Perrin

Peter has been with the company since 1990 and enjoys all aspects of the residential property market. He works closely with clients where there have been development opportunities and liaises with well-known house builders and developers, in order to maximise prices achieved. Peter has also enjoyed selling numerous new development sites over the years.

Michael Roberts FdSc, MARLA

Michael joined Rawlinson & Webber in 2010, beginning his career as a Sales Negotiator before moving into lettings, where he now leads the department. With extensive experience across all areas of residential lettings, including marketing, tenancy progression, property management, landlord advice and compliance, he brings both expertise and a practical, hands-on approach to the role. As a licensed qualified agent, Michael is known for his honest advice, approachable manner and commitment to delivering a high standard of service. He takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients through trust, communication and results.

Shona Butler, serving as the Secretary, became a valuable addition to the Rawlinson and Webber team in 2022. Her role primarily involves offering secretarial assistance to the sales and letting department.

Stanley joined Rawlinson & Webber in 2023, bringing valuable managerial experience from the hospitality industry and a strong passion for property. Having grown up locally, he has excellent knowledge of the area and prides himself on providing a professional, personal service to both buyers and sellers. Stanley is dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients through clear communication, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people find a home they love. Outside of work, he enjoys socialising with friends and following football and rugby.

Georgie Pestana

Georgie started at Rawlinson and Webber team in 2026. Her role primarily involves offering secretarial assistance to the sales and letting department and viewings. Having been brought up in Molesey she is familiar with the area very well and she has always had an interest in property. Having worked in a corporate environment for many years in customer service and managing a team as well as then going into property since, she has vast experience to communicate with our clients building trust. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and walking her dog.
